We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Aged and Community Care Manager to lead our Aged Care, CHSP, and Elder Support Team at YHAC!
We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and experienced Aged Care Manager to oversee the efficient and effective management and administration of all aspects within our Aged and Community Care Teams. You will be responsible for managing staff, optimising resources, and ensuring the highest standards of patient/resident care and satisfaction.
This role requires a strong focus on working across the various Aged Care programs to ensure the facility and community programs operate in accordance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and Commonwealth Government Funding agreements.
