Travelling from Ceduna

Ceduna is located on the Eyre Highway, which runs from Port Augusta all the way to Norseman in Western Australia across the Nullarbor Plain. This major highway is one of the top bucket list road trips in the whole country. Surfing

Surfers also enjoy travelling to Ceduna. There are some world class breaks just short drives away with plenty of options for beginners and advanced surfers. The most famous spot is down at Cactus Beach, south of Penong. However, this is best reserved for experienced surfers with serious left- and right-hand breaks.

Closer to Ceduna, you can try Rocky Point and Point Bell, the two protruding headlands between Ceduna and Denial Bay. The 12km long beach is backed by active sand dunes with reef and beach breaks and is a great spot for fishing too. While beginners usually head to the Eyre Peninsula towns, such as Elliston and Venus Bay for more gentle conditions. Museums
